Prey vs Prey For The Gods TRADEMARK BATTLE

Let's Play is too generic yet Prey or saga is not... Fucking asinine.

Also so does any trademark law that allows words from any language to be trademarked. Period.

I wonder, is there a poster of the definitions of a patent, trademark and copyright.  There  have been in quite a few times where these terms have come up also, I love how the definitions so consistent in each video when it applys.  

I don't really see the problem here, Prey is the name of their game.  If it was Prey the First Person Shooter then going after someone for having one of the words in common would be a dick move, like going after someone for having the word saga in common even though both titles are totally different.  Now if there game was called Gods we Prey For and Bethesda went after them then OK, that's a dick move but i totally understand why they would be worried that when people searching for Prey might find the wrong game.  Also the small studio being three people doesn't mean they aren't jerks trying to mooch off someone else success, I doubt that is the case here but it's not impossible.
