A company based around fraud is making outrageous lawsuits?  What will they think of next?!

Statute of Limitations for most actions is 6 years. That alone means that these psychics' bullshit claims expired back in 2008, and these psychics wasted an additional 9 YEARS AFTER THE EXPIRATION doing jackshit to act upon it or even attempt to cure their defect in timely filing this action. No court would ever entertain such stale claims.

Moreover, I question whether this association of psychics even has standing to sue on behalf of Miss Cleo since she's the only one who was affected by this parody, and she was completely fine with it as the actual voice actress! The association itself can't possibly claim that it, as a whole, was damaged by a parody that only affected one person.

Whoever the lawyer is for these psychics should be disbarred because he is clearly misleading these psychics as to the viability (or utter lack thereof) of their "claims." Or he is so inept at his job that he can't even see the blatant SoL problems and the issue of standing.
