odd. Even if their lie about "bad language" being the "actual" reason was true, that's... pretty clearly not what copyright strikes are for to begin with.

When people submit a copyright strike for a video on Youtube shouldn't the form they submit be called censorship instead.  Seems to be used more for censoring then for actual copyright infringement.

I wonder when people and companies will figure out then if you silence someone's voice it just makes it that much louder.

I hate to say it but at the end of the day, streamers and such are using someone's intellectual property to make money. If you take the pros with that, you also have to take the cons. 

youtube need to sort out the copyright strike claiming bullshit.

World of Tanks being dicks about Pay2Win and censoring their community... never heard that story before... oh, wait... also, blatant censorship and mangling of the Youtube content strike system. They should be required to make generalised rules (e.g. the Persona ones and also don't get to be censoring people saying bad things about them ones) and have to go through Youtube's support system if they want to make exceptions - that'd slow them down!
