Battlefield V Releasing Incomplete?

Seems to me that once again a publisher is making a stupid decision that will ultimately hurt sales. It seems to be the same thing that happened to Destiny 2 where they released what many people considered to be an unfinished game and then fixed it over time instead of waiting to release until it was done and look what that did to Destiny, they've finally gotten it to what most people would consider the bare minimum of what it should have been at release with forsaken and the active player base is punt compared to what t was at launch cause so many people got bored with the lack of content and quit. Hell, my clan in Destiny 2 used to be one of the biggest clans on PC back in season 1 and now only 2 of us are still active. I can see the exact same thing happening with BF5.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna wait. No real hurry since i want it mostly for the war stories but I'll get it when it's complete, gives me more time to play Red Dead.

i didnt even know bf had battle royal. i hate that they would be putting out an unfinished game. but story and grand opertions is all I need. i could care less if the battle royal ever comes out unless they have a really kool twist they put om the game mode.

yeah i guess keeping the full game incomplete for that long of a time doesnt make sense bc a huge amount of players will be done with it by then, after 3k kills with m1 imma be done-ish

4 months?! Wow, this is incredibly stupid. If you’re gonna hype up a Battle Royale mode AT E3 you damn well should have launched it with the game.

i find it weird that someone mentioned the idea of an incomplete game with Red Dead 2 and the online coming later. i feel like that's a time when its okay to have delayed content. but this is just stupid, delaying something you advertised at E3 as a big part of the game is a very strange choice, would definitely put me off if i was thinking about buying the game.

It's considered incomplete because the BR mode that they teased with a 5 second clip at E3? Or that they announced months ago the BR would not be there at launch. Battlefield has never had a BR mode, why is there an expectation for it when they said it would not be at launch? This is all just an excuse for people to bash EA. I refuse to buy CoD Black Ops 4 because it does not have a SP Campaign. Every CoD has had a campaign. You don't see people calling it an incomplete game.
