hmm... I think Bethesda might not understand the psychology behind griefers if that's all they're doing to dissuade them. Griefers already don't care very much about the common objective/goal expected by the game or its community, so losing in-game resources isn't going to be much of a penalty to them so much as a cost of entry. Additionally, griefers are often attention whores, so painting a big target on their back screaming "everybody look at me" is likely to just incentivise it for many of them. This "wanted" system, as it's described, is just BEGGING people to try to prop themselves up as legends who survived wave after wave of people trying to kill them. Admittedly, it makes for a fun narrative... until everyone sees it and tries doing it themselves. I can't imagine this system working long-term. $5 says they make player-killing completely optional within a week of release. People are people, and they're why we can't have nice things.
