Banned Streamer Sues Twitch

"Has to provide a 30 notice prior to ban"?  HAHAHA, there is no way that is in ANY site's contract.

I'm pretty sure Vargas brought Twitch's name into disrepute (something that breaches almost every UK contract I've ever seen, never mind being something that you can sued for that, maybe it's different in the USA) and so probably broke contract first.

And if Twitch had updated their terms of service and then banned him then the thirty days thing is irrelevant.

And if Valve changed things then Twitch may well be contract bound to ban Vargas or else breach that contract... it may be a rock and a hard place but it means that the case is misdirected and Vargas will have to refile against Valve... and that won't last two seconds because it will directly involve his illegal gambling ring... oops (which is why he is going after Twitch in the first place).
