Jesus i saw the only thing i needed to see, the notes tab is back in the pipboy. it was a nightmare in fallout 4 trying to sort through my misc tab with every key and note cluttering it up.

If there aren't any classic perks in 76 I'll be hugely disappointed. That's how you actually build your character. Random perk cards being the only way to get stronger as you suggested would be a huge disappointment.

I would say the scorched are a cross between a ghoul and a feral ghoul. Being that its violent and seems mostly brainless in its hostilities, I would say it's not much of a step up from feral ghoul. Probably made of the same stuff as the Marked Men from Lonesome Road DLC in New Vegas.
