No Man's Sky FINALLY Getting Multiplayer?

Does anyone play No Man's Sky?

I barely even watch The Know anymore, but its good to see that someone there is still beating this dead horse. Let it die already.

I started replaying it about a week ago and I’m actually pretty hooked. It’s still buggy as hell and my ship will randomly warp out of a planet or ill fall through the world losing all my stuff, but the game is not as bad as when it launched.

Why do they keep saying that people "consider" that the devs made promises they didn't keep? They *did* make promises they didn't keep. Period.

I understand they have updated it but I will not be rebuying that game

IF they actually add a proper co-op to the game I might even consider getting it, I like the concept of the game and what they tried to do (they failed for the most part, but still) and the content updates made the game a lot better than it was on it's initial release, I'll give 'em that :)

The No Man's Sky ship sailed so long ago that it's either arrived at the Western Isles or gone the way of the Mary Celeste or HMS Terror.

what upset my more than lack of multiplayer (because murray DID say there was NOT going to be multiplayer in the traditional sense) was the broken promise of real, functional solar systems with spinning planets and orbiting moons and all that orbiting a sun. NOT a skybox. turned out that each solar system was a set of completely static rocks with a skybox that rotated around them. planets dont spin. moons dont orbit their planet.
