@ZForce77 No, the title isn't clickbait just because a single word is capitalized. All caps typically is used to imply emphasis on that word, and typically when someone puts emphasis on a word when they are speaking a question like the one above it is done to establish the fact that they don't actually believe it to be true. Try it yourself, read the title out loud and putting specific emphasis on quitting; it makes it sound as if the whole question is a jab at those thinking that it is actually going to happen now.
