Battlefield V LEAKS! It Copies Call of Duty!?

... if this is consider copying then didn't COD copy first by also going back to old warfare a year after BF1s release? Ya I know BF1 was WW1 and COD was WW2, but EA and and BF went back to older warfare first and then COD did WW2 the following year. I dont remember hearing people say they were copying EA and BF by going back in time.
