How much y'all wanna bet they literally call it The New Switch and before too long we'll have The New 2D SuperSwitchU Classic Slim XL

I'm actually more excited for the first version Switch price drop that should come with the release of a new one. I haven't gotten one because I can't afford it without some kind of sale, but this might give me a chance.

I got a Switch when it first came out and there isn't a single big feature I can think of that would get me to buy a new Switch version that Nintendo could implement without pissing off the original adopters. However, with the right combination of, actually possible, smaller features, I may be enticed to get a new Switch. If the new Switch had a better battery, blue tooth, better kickstand, higher quality dock, and improved joycons, then I may seriously think of upgrading. None of those features would make me feel I am playing a lesser quality version of a game on my old switch, but with all those features together it would be a big enough quality of life improvement to possibly justify a new purchase.

I’m about to buy a switch with smash, I hope they don’t make me regret buying one...

The kickstand should be more like the Surface tablets

Also, I really hope the new display is OLED instead of LCD

The current exploit on switch involves the Tegra X1 GPU; we will likely see a more powerful GPU on the next release in order to combat this problem and to give users a reason to buy the newer switch. Just my 2c and thanks for the news guys <3

I disagree with their sentiments here that anyone that wants a switch has one. I want a switch and don't currently have one. That's going to change soon, and believe it or not it's because of the remasters. Specifically the final fantasy's that were announced. While I already own all of them on steam, sitting at a pc and playing a long form RPG like that isn't a comfortable thing. Being able to play them on the switch, take them outside, etc, that's a very attractive prospect for me and that's why i'll be getting mine later this year. I also know for a fact that I'm not alone in this thinking.

I'm not interested in a Switch because for the same price I can get a PS4. I don't travel much and when I do I'm the driver. So I'd rather have a more powerful home system. I don't own a 2/3DS either. On the go gaming just isn't my scene.
