Analyst Claims Microsoft Will Quit Games Business

Oh please. Gaming is a very profitable industry right now regardless of whether you're "winning" the console war or not. Microsoft isn't going anywhere. This firm of "analysts" really shouldn't be taken seriously.

Do people actually take DFC seriously? The entire thing they were doing trying to slam Microsoft makes zero sense besides the Scorpio bit (seriously, they are not leaving consoles anytime soon). I honestly can't help but wonder if they're a bunch of Playstation/PC fanboys that just don't play XBox. A group of a dozen people are not the people to trust with "news" like this.

Microsoft at E3 wasn't bad. Sony at E3 was the worst E3 event I have ever seen with Bethesda close behind it.

I dont think MS will completely abondon gaming. But with how much focus they're giving Win10, they might shift focus to PC gaming, or create an xbox PC thing. But that will probably take longer than next year, if it even happens at all
