Well it was a safe bet for Blizard to get rid of it and just eliminate the issue instead of making a bigger issue of it all. I don't agree with it being over sexualized butt (hehe), what can ya do?

I looked into this earlier after I saw Meg's tweet and I actually have to say I agree with Blizzard and the person who voiced the complaint originally. Trust me when I say I love video game butts, but I really approve of a female videogame character not being sexualized. Because it really doesn't happen often these days? I agree with your spunky can be sexy idea, and I actually do disagree with the reasoning the guy who complained gave for removing Tracer's pose, but Blizzard is definitely in the right taking it out.

i think it's w/e like don't really care at this point people are seeing and voicing their opinions on how a lot of female characters are shown and if it means ya know nobody is offended or like ticked off then gg. tbh i didnt see the pose as being sexual at all but there are people who look for shit like that and get really huffy. but again w/e

I don't really agree or disagree with the pose being removed, it isn't really a sexy pose as much as the design but even then, the design makes sense, I have to agree. They could have kept the pose and given her different pants but it really seems like a non-issue. Comparing it to McCree and Hanzo is a little different for me just because we don't get to see their butts. If they made a bit more of a show of Hanzo's muscles or played with McCree's chaps a little more, it'd be easier to compare (and I would absolutely not be opposed to it)

They should have kept it. Spunky gals can strike cheeky poses.

Tracer is one of my favourite characters. Showing your ass does not make you "another female sex symbol". This just smacks of another person looking for reasons to complain and having to find "problems" where they do not exist.

While not a deal breaker, it is still very disheartening.

I don't really....care... but you can just pick a different pose and it's one available to other characters right? I mean this pose doesn't sexualize her, you see the same butt when she's walking around but that's fine?

The original post from that woman all boiled down to "Won't someone PLEASE think of the children!", which is ridiculous, especially in a T rated game. If she doesn't want Tracer to use that pose, then don't have her use that pose, there are options for poses for a reason, don't like that one, use another, simple! Another woman made a response to the outrage, and her thread was deleted by Blizzard. If you want to say "They're listening to feedback", then they should be listening to the thousands that are complaining about the removal, instead of the tiny minority that support it.

I think Zarya should have a butt pose because that will just shut everyone down on the debate.

Kinda wanna see DOAX have a burqa setting as a spoof on all this outrage over girls having butts and boobs.

Don't they realise that less can also be more?
