So the "no nuclear reactors" thing is a pervasive clause in software licences which I think actually has to do with export controls. What's annoying is that articles keep popping up when random people find them in different licence agreements, and depending on how they feel about the company they respond with either "Look how funny this is! This company really gets us and how stupid we think these agreements are!" or "What the fuck is wrong with this behemoth company that's so loaded with lawyers and bullshit that they put this in their contracts?" Clearly Amazon was hoping to get the former by adding that zombie thing.
