The one swipe card thing said "Insulation folder is inaccessible" do they mean installation folder or is that something different?

It's good that vsync is locked to on. There is no reason to ever need to turn it off, unless you want horrendous screen tearing every time the camera moves.

What? there are strings attached to the "free" spyware that is windows 10?

But seriously though, I see where they're trying to go with the environment that they're making. The world is just not exactly ready for and Microsoft also isn't ready since they have a lot of problems with it. They're trying to change the way PCs have been working for a long time. They're trying to do what Apple has been trying to do. (Trying is the keyword here) I'm saying that there's a reason that things are the way they are in the computer world. It's because it works. Change can be good in some cases, but I don't think it's the right time.

And stop saying that Quantum Break is free. It's not. After you buy it on Xbox, then you can play on Windows. You still have to buy it at least once.
