I'm glad it came out broken, to be honest. I played my 30 hours, I got tired of it, I can't wait to play it when it's been polished up. If it never gets there, whatevs. I had my fun, and though it may have cost me dearly, it gave me something to do. Plus, I was part of it from day one. Yay! News that applies to me!
Also, am I the only one that gets about half way through the read and then can't stop staring at Ellis' damn nose ring? He looks like one of the dwarf head choices from WoW. No hate, just totes.
Not surprised.
I still haven't bought it because there isn't enough for me to do. Seems like the same repetitive things over and over again.
So like....could someone sue Sean Murray with a class action lawsuit for blatantly lying about his game and giving false promises that were never going to be in the game to begin with. I mean....it could hold up in court, just play the video evidence of him lying a dozen times about what'll be in the game
i wouldnt think so. there's always something that says "blah blah is subject to change" and it still, for the most part, looks like the game that was advertised. there are some details missing that we are all upset about, but they didnt advertise a space game, then sell a driving game. he was pretty vague about what the game was anyway.
Lol dude he was not being Vague at all, he said what you can do in the game and yaddayadda, interact with faction battles in the middle of space, features are just plain gone from the game, like that sort of portal thingy that was at a monolith that teleports you to another world entirely, not to mention the dozens of times he's said, "yes you can play with your friends, that would be the only way to see how you look and blahblahblah" on camera. Which is just nothing but false promises and false advertising
Someone found the portal dude.
If you play No Man's Sky for less than two hours, refund it, then complain about how there is a lack of content, then you are just jumping on the hate bandwagon without having any real experience with the game.
im with ashley, im really disappointed with it, but im also still playing it, i cant explain it. i guess its like i was expecting an 11/10, and got an 8 or 9/10. still not bad (to me anyway).
hey I was one of the ones that got a refund YAY for refunds! Just play a little star citizen its good.
The game made 42 million dollars for HG on steam alone. It was a huge commercial success for such a small team.
I still like it, just a lot of other games coming out here too lol
I'll be happy to buy the game we were promised. Yes, it's an amazing game, but the developers lied.So I'll wait for the features we were promised
If it means I can get it for less money I'm all for more bad news.

I don't care if it failed or not, I just want my regularly scheduled podcast that comes out on a weekly basis to not come out later, and later, and later every week
