PlayStation VR Needs HOW MUCH Space?!

I have to wonder whether they were doing the greenscreen thing live and Jeremy and Ashley were just that deadpan.

Love the Chroma keying and seeing it on the Psychonauts doll on the shelf is neat.

Jeremy going green with his hair is by far my favorite decision he's ever made. It looks great and all the chroma keying done to his hair since he got it dyed has brought nothing but smiles to my face.

I've used PSVR and it tracks fine with less than 60 square feet. I think the recommended space is for safety and "being extra sure."

I love the green screne effects on the hair and hat.

Despite not having a room with that much space, I'm still going to probably purchase a PlayStation VR. It is by far the easiest and most cost effective way to jump into VR. I am hopeful it will function at a lower minimum space.

What's this, Sony releasing a product that's mediocre at best, in every way other than graphics, and charging through the nose for it? Say it ain't so!

I don't understand the notion "minimum required space for vr". if you don't move your head while playing whatever you're playing, then you only need the space your body takes up. what if you're just playing seated experiences? then you don't need ANY space aside from your chair.
