The LAW Comes to Pokemon Go

Just let this game die already

"All cell phone use" is probably a bad idea considering phones are often used for gps....

I mean the law in California already makes it so you can not USE your phone while driving. You are allowed to have gps up and running but you can not change address or look at traffic, etc... Even if you just look down at your phone you will already be pulled over. This is silly.

Reno, NV implemented a distracted driving law now which means a ticket if you are doing anything that seems to hinder your ability to pay attention to the road. (so Pokemon GO, eating, putting on makeup, trying to swat kids in the backseats all could get you a ticket)

Speaking of odd laws, there's a city in California where you can't kiss a person who is wearing a fake mustache within city limits, and there's another law that makes it so you can't kiss a person with a real mustache as well. Not sure if it's technically on the books anymore, but it was at some point. It's at least not observed, as far as I know. It seems like someone had a vendetta against facial hair.

I honestly think, since the game can determine if your moving too fast, like car speed, the game should just SHUT OFF! Don't catch Pokemon in cars, even as a passenger, just take away the temptation. We'll still have to deal with distracted pedestrians, but hopefully it'll lessen driving accidents attributed to Pokemon go

I only have one problem with this video. Psyduck takes 50 candies to evolve, not 21 :P
