Infinite Warfare Successful BECAUSE of Hate?

Well it can make all the money it wants...the franchise has like $700 of my money but won't get my $60 this year. Maybe they can retink things for next year and do a WW2 game again. Hey I will even give them $120 for that.

Maybe Activision is hoping ride that sweet, sweet YouTube money train from all views the trailer got.

I'm buying it for Modern Warfare re-mastered because I love the idea of having a reason to run through it again on Veteran and get all the achievements again. The fact that it comes with another game that may or may not be good is fine with me. I'm one of those unicorn CoD players that plays mainly for the campaign anyway.

Let's be honest. It is fucking CoD. It is going to make a fuckton of money no matter what. It is literally impossible for them not to. Why? They sold their souls to the devil...

The initial trailer IMO got the sh♥t-rolls-down-hill-syndrome or SRDHS (pronounced sir-d *angry cat noise*) I liked it. I've only purchased 1 COD and it was MW3. I was gifted Blops2 and gave up on the campaign when I could not get perfect on the side mission things. This one, however, looks unique enough to warrnet another buy. The E3 gameplay rocked my ♥♥♥DAMNED F♥♥♥♥♥G SOCKS OFF. I'll not pre-order, because logic, but if there is more than 2 in-space missions and more than 1 in-space MP map, I'm all in. *octothorp*NeverLoseHope

The people who unconditionally hate Call of Duty are almost as bad as the ones who unconditionally love it.

To be fair to Activision, the feedback was a frothing at the mouth angry mob. It was was loud and nonsensical.

Who could have imagined that sci-fi and fantasy would earn so much hate? Doom, Quake, Half Life, and Halo all came before CoD. All of them had sci-fi and fantasy themes. Battlefield made its own sci-fi game without hauling in this much hatred.

People should be horrified by the exploitation of actual conflicts for entertainment. As a community, gamers are unbelievably perverse.

I'm not a big CoD fan, but I seriously don't understand why people hate this game so much.

I'm buying it, not BF1, because I want future shit, old shit is old and shit, i want new shit.
