Microsoft: PS4 Pro CAN'T Do 4K

I love the idea of the Scorpio and fully think it will kill the PS4 Pro. And ive always been a fan of playing games on Xbox live rather then playing on my PC. But now that Xbox is starting Xbox Play Anywhere..And pushing more titles out where my windows 10 can play Xbox live titles. Why not stick with my PC with a GTX 1060? Will the smoothness of the Scorpio out due a built PC? 

Besides the fact that Sony is stupidly pushing 4k instead of focusing on 1080p, none of this Scorpio stuff matters. Why? Because it doesn't exist. For whatever reason Microsoft keeps saying "our thing is better!". Yeah, well.. it's not here. And it's not going to be here for over a year, so just focus on releasing your thing and shut the fuck up until it actually exists.
