Nintendo KILLING Wii U & 3DS This Year?

Honestly I keep forgetting Nintendo still has a console. They've become such a mobile gaming giant imo that I feel like they could survive just fine without a console and just live on with their Gameboy color 3ds LLi thing and still make boat loads of money. I walk around my university and constantly see people on their Gameboy color 3ds LLi thing. So from what I can tell they have the college generation down. Or at least a big chunk of it.

Is Nintendo only halting production of the base 3ds & 3ds xl or the fairly recent releases of the new 3ds & new 3ds xl

if they kill both 3ds and wii nintendo is probably going to die and go like sega and all i have to say to that is good riddance after how they treat youtubers and how they treat games they port from japan

Im hoping, they don't give up on the 3ds, it's actually got a pretty good user base and game selection, The wii u was a failure and needed to be cut off but the 3ds still seems to be doing well. Its pretty much the only handheld console on the market as the vita has a pretty abd selection of games in comparison

Could totally be my own screen, but was the lighting or coloring off on that episode? Seemed like their skin wasn't looking healthy. Bad bulb or makeup? Wasn't horrible...just off a bit. *shrug*

That would suck, the Wii U has solid games on it right now (Mario Kart, Smash 4, Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors, Super Mario 3d World, and most recently Pokken Tournament) so I guess the only thing I can hope for is backwards compatibility on the NX with Wii U games.
