Why is this dude wearing a jacket?
In Texas?
In the middle of August?
Might be cold in the studio. Plus, you know, style.

Let Tim Host!
I don't think there is a player model, cause when i've used the giant knowledge stones that throw you into a different angle i've had sentinels shooting at what i would assume is me but where nothing is there. I can see the shots impacting on nothing but my screen says i'm taking damage.
The pure one!
NMS s just a text based dungeon crawler with 3d progression. with absolutely laughable """ending"""
so space subnautica/ minecraft could come out for xbone? Meh
They have more content than NMS.
That said, I absolutely love it. There's just fuck-all content-wise. (As it stands before any updates) it's just a mindless grind game. And I'm just going to keep denying that while I mine Plutonium and Iron for 5 more hours to craft Bypass Chips and farm units RIP
When you access the "Discoveries" menu the game pauses. Pausing when you open a menu is a feature that is only ever present in singleplayer or local multiplayer games, and absolutely never in online multiplayer. Thus, No Man's Sky is absolutely not multiplayer.
Also, the Xbox One thing could be because Microsoft asked them to consider making it work for Play Anywhere and that just never happened but is still feasible. Just speculating.
we already knew that demo was scripted. they couldnt count a ship to just happen to be flying across the landscape with whoever was playing, etc... also, when asked about VR for nms, he said "im not sure what im allowed to say". so that obviously doesnt mean theres anything to it.
There are a couple other things im disappointed with. i noticed when standing on a planet not moving for a long time, the other planets never changed position in the sky, but the sun did. suggesting the sun revolves around each group of planets. also when im at a station talking to incoming pilots, ill often see the same pilot 2-4 times in a row. same pilot model, same features, same name, same ship, same colors, same inventory of stuff to buy from.
all that being said, im still addicted as hell to it!
Well, I was going to wait until the PC version was fix before buying it anyway, so I'll also wait and see if this is real. Cheers Know.
Steamspy shows over 600k copies sold already. Doom barely hit 1 million a few weeks back, months after launch. So I think it's safe to say the game is doing well. I have had no issues with the PC version, and I am about 16 hours in, and still finding cool new stuff. I am enjoying it. It's a good relax and listen to a podcast kind of game.
