i think the lack of content in the app isnt an oversight, but a calculated strategy. Release the bare bones and draw everyone in with the novelty then strategically release content updates just frequently and just big enough to hold the publics attention. I have no doubt go will end up declining, but this way they can exert some control over it and hold on for much longer

People make fun of people staying inside all day playing video games, Nintendo makes game that gets people out of the house and walking around and now people are mad that all of these people are out and not doing what they want them to be doing outside

They need to release this in europe fast before the possible fizzle
