This is legitimately sketchy. Activation may be out to make money, but that's because they're a business. This company just keeps digging the hole deeper for themselves

The game is a dollar, I got my moneys worth so welp.

i don't care about all the other stuff they did. but one thing i will say is that the helmets you mentioned are not for sale in game. they are considered dev only and are only given to employees.

I think the significance of the DMCA/ Copywright IP comment was more that he was saying companies that host content (steam, youtube) automatically take down DMCA claims and sort out the truth later, where Copywright issues are usually handled through lawyers. I have no idea if thats actually the case but its what a lot of people say, so i think he may have been using that.
