COMMENCE THE RIOTING! (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻)
Honestly it's been so long since I've heard any news on Zelda Wii U, I'd completely forgotten about it. I'm still going to play the game when it comes out but my hype for it died a while ago. I was actually holding out on purchasing a Wii U until it came out, shame if it really is going to be like TP and be a cross over between Wii U and NX. I'll just probably skip the Wii U and go straight to the NX then.
Can they stop putting FE on things. I'm pretty sure they did the same thing for shin megami or something. It seems like they're just trying to use the fire emblem title to sell games that aren't even remotely similar to the legitimate fe games. Thanks for reporting funhaus
That particular game your referring to happens to be the Shin Megami Tensei/Fire Emblem crossover.
From what I have gathered, it borrows from both series. The setting and out-of-combat activity borrows heavily from SMT, and the mirages used in battle are reminiscent of Fire Emblem.
Personally, I'm excited to see what changes and adjustments have been made to both series to make them work together. I'm also interested to see the direction that the game will take.
I'm actually excited for the Tokyo Mirage Sessions # FE. Been waiting for them to announce it's coming west, since its an SMT x FE crossover *-* and with no English dub means we get it even sooner /o/ That and Bravely Second were the only reason I was watching the direct.
I really didn't expect the new Zelda, since again, I think they're saving it to hype the NX.
i dont think anyone who wasnt kidding themselves expected anything zelda related in that direct aside from TPHD. with E3 looming, showing the new game wouldnt make sense this early. revealing a new game for one of their top ip and possibly new hardware at e3 at the same time would be too good a presentation to pass up, especially if they plan to port it over. if thats the case, sure they could exclude the nx logo from that presentation, but there would be aspects of the game most likely that would reveal certain thing about the nature of the nx to people who are already expecting it to make the cross-generational leap.
Am I the only one who thinks they are ruining StarFox by going back to an on rails shooter? StarFox Adventures and Assault were by childhood!
